1. When will my order be shipped?

We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri) after your purchase is confirmed. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

2. How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery typically takes 3–6 business days (Mon–Fri) after dispatch.

3. How much is shipping?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.

4. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your delivery in real time. You can also track your order via the “Track Your Order” page.

5. What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking information for updates. If you still need help, contact us at info@astravada.co.uk — we’ll be happy to assist you.

6. What is your return policy?

You may return any item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Simply email us to start the return process.

7. How long does it take to get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and issued to your original payment method.

8. Do you offer exchanges?

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original purchase. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you want.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

10. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we ship within the United Kingdom only.

11. I received the wrong item or something arrived damaged. What should I do?
